Hey guys, I was thinking today in preparation for my forthcoming trip.

What is the position on taking a camera tripod in your hand luggage, the reason why i ask is becouse im only going to BCN for 1 night so not checking in any baggage just my hand luggage. I have read on other websites and it appears to be a case of maybe they will allow me to take my tripod or they wont.

I suppose when you think about it, this could be regarded as a possible weapon ?

I honsetly don't know. Is it completely collapsable? So it could be put in your hand luggage? I took a small handle tripod and no one said anything. You could ask BHX on twitter to see what they say?

Just had a reply from BHX guys :)
Good evening Alan, sounds very exciting

I can confirm that you can take your camera tripod through security without any issues. Thanks - Shiv

Great news!

Great video! They do seem to use lot of widebodies on short haul flights in Asia!

First in a new series for me. And last video before I hopefully get around to making some minor changes to formatting and layout.

British Airways Airbus A319 from London Heathrow - Stockholm Arlanda.

Another enjoyable video - many thanks. I was surprised at what appeared to be a very light load.

Brum X first ever ACTION PACKED video trip report is now released and includes footage of my entire 24 hours in Barcelona.

Unfortunately due to the worst aircraft window i have ever experienced the quality of the flight between BHX-BCN is not the best and i just simply didnt include the footage. It is a great shame as i really enjoyed doing the report. I hope you enjoy and that i have captured useful bits of information about BHX/BCN and Vueling Airlines.
