Probably more fantasy from Labour and more comedy and blunders from the government!:ROFLMAO:
I would not be surprised if Brexit doesn't happen or at least Article 50 gets extended as i don't think the EU want a crash out no deal and the government i don't think would allow it.
Most of it is what has been discussed here. They do seem to emphasise that they are the biggest and dominant airport in the area and that they have more long haul routes than Cardiff
I found this statement interesting
However, continued speculation about the potential devolution of APD to Wales...
It would be interesting if the committee did recommend devolving it what the government would do especially if it changes to a Labour government as i was told the other day devolving APD is a UK Labour election pledge.
I thought they were all Welsh MPs guess i was wrong!
As far as BRS is...
Haven't they got 5 E175s to be delivered starting this month? The cash could be to secure delivery of those aircraft because nothing has been said about them cancelling the aircraft as far far as I know.

I know Wales online did an article about this but i've just read Ryanair's written statement to the Welsh Affairs Committee on APD and i found it to be very interesting and enlightening so i thought i'd copy it here.
Written evidence submitted by Ryanair (APD0011)
Air Passenger Duty in...
The written evidence statements are on this page here.
Consisting of the TUC, Welsh Government (in welsh), Birmingham Airport, Airlines UK, Manchester Airport (which made me laugh) and Ryanair. Surprisingly nothing from Bristol and nothing from Heathrow...
I've just finished watching it myself and surprisingly found it very interesting! There is definitely some strongly held views on that commitee and from 1 member it seems no love for the Welsh government! It is interesting though that not just BHX and BRS have protested but LPL and MAN! I'm...
The playback and transcript from the Welsh affairs committee about devolving APD. I haven't watched or read any of it yet just posting it if anyone wants to.
Yesterday my sister reminded me how easier and less stressful it is to use my local airport!
My sister flew from Heathrow to Johannesburg with Virgin Atlantic but she nearly missed her flight because of problems with the train on the way down from Leeds! I believe the one train was cancelled and...
