Soon servisair will be replaced by Swissport as a ground handling agent at Leeds Bradford International, as its been confirmed Swissport has bought out Servisair and will merge there operations into Swissport Operations.
And the last PIA776 flight from Leeds Bradford International to Islamabad has just departed, its such a shame to know that the A310 will never be seen at Leeds again.
If they commit a bit more time and effort into there LBA base i am sure it'd be a success, look at Monarch, been here a year now (or nearly) they got 2 based aircraft and a customer base that is slowly starting to build, just goes to show it does pay to take risks to stop youself from going...
The A330's aren't due to be phased out completely unti the A350-900 comes into Service, so it doesn't fully rule it but if what i have heard about Emirates adding a 4th flight at MAN then there is no chance.
Another kick in the gut is that MAN have secured Cathy Pacific for a 4 times a week...
I hope the route stays i really do but it is up against a few challenges. The early morning flight would be the most ideal situation. I personally have looked at flying from LBA to LHR when i travel to london but this is the major thing putting me off from doing it, the times arriving into...
Now all we need for the airport link is some new buses and it will be a good service. the the 757 to still be an all stopping service or will it be a limited stop service once when it changes?
I have just found out that Swissport has offically bought Servisair and plans to merge servisair into Swissport to create the worlds largest handling agent.

Could a daily service during the day be possible with a dash 8? or even a 4 times a week?

(Don't know exact flights time so was guess)
One thing with smartphones is that it isn't just the power of the Hardware but its the optimization of the software that the key. IOS is better optimized software compared to Android, so it doesn't really need more power as the software and hardware work well together and there only one...
Re: Humberside Airport - Thread
SAS to start Humberside-Copenhagen service
Copenhagen is to be served from Humberside airport from this winter with a new SAS service.
The airline is to use a 50-seat CRJ200 regional jet on the route with five flights a week.
The year-round services starts on...
This is slightly off topic but i see Humberside airport have secured five flights a week with SAS to Copenhagen, i don't see how LBA haven't managed to secure something like this yet.
Smart phone cameras can be good for taking photos of aircraft the only thing I found with them was zooming in as the zoom is digital and not optical zoom like most dslr and bridge cameras
I must admit when i was planning my trip to London, i did look at the possibility of flying down on BA service but the timings for a point to point service weren't great especially a day trip compared to the timings of the trains. The train service provides not only more services but earlier...
