    The CLUEDs are with regard to night flying quotas not a new terminal building. The previously proposed terminal is still part of their future plans so it makes sense to get approval in place whilst our Esteemed chancellor is supportive.

    If Heavy Rain is reported the landing performance calculations must be made using a very restrictive Braking Action (Medium/Poor) this leaves the 737 unable to land.
