Unsurprisingly, AeroItalia have this week pulled the Milan flights from sale and have no plans to operate routes from SEN going forward, the route had only been on sale for a month and the first flight had not even taken off, big blow for London Southend.

Now if that was to go ahead that would be a gamble. Will be interesting to see if they can get it off the ground. Good luck to them, more routes are always welcome after the last 4 years.

25th of March 2024 Yes, Milan has previously done well with both EasyJet and Ryanair historically, but AeroItalia are charging 80 EUR one-way and therefore I really can't see this being successful unfortunately.
