Not a planespotting website as such, but very useful to aviation enthusiasts, is Windy.com (https://www.windy.com/). As well as a great weather website it also offers the ability to look at both METAR and NOTAM data for airports. Click on the aeroplane icon at the bottom right of the website and this will show airports on the map. Click on an airport and the METAR and NOTAM data can be seen. Both METAR and NOTAM data can be viewed in either 'raw' mode or plain English.
