They have changed quite a lot of the flight timings as well for the summer for example Palma is now 06:05 instead of 12:35 and Dalaman is now 13:10 instead of 14:40.

In my opinion I’d not be shocked if Wizzair pulled out of DSA all together.
Most airports with any sort of passenger service have experienced 'holiday ruined' stories in recent times because of the challenging staffing level situations currently obtaining, with Covid staff absences only adding to the problems. I suspect we shall hear of more in the coming days and weeks. The local press have picked up the story “family holiday ruined”. Even though it’s out of DSA’s control, at the end of the day it’s bad publicity for the award winning airport.

In what way was that?I’m waiting for the day they go back to how they was at DSA!
In what way was that?
I see. I'm not well up on detailed DSA matters although I have a general idea of what goes on there. Many thanks for the explanation.Covering Eastern Europe. Was a success story - since they’ve come to DSA they’ve tarnished any reputation they had with the base and pushing it back, cutting flights, changing them etc.
I'd imagine probably not until September time.Anyone aware when Wizz putting Summer 2023 on sale?
Looks like the base is to close sadly, reverting back to only the Eastern European destinations.
Your correct as routes affected are mostly the Wizz UK ones. Eastern European ones are to continue operating.Looks like the base is to close sadly, reverting back to only the Eastern European destinations.
I wonder if it's because of the 2nd based aircraft getting put back? Depending on the deal it's possible that Wizz were due some sort of rate cut because of that and DSA may have refused because the extra passengers won't be happening. If DSA can't guarantee to honour a commercial agreement, are they in a bad way?
