Yes very impressive and an arrivals board a lot of capital cities would be jealous of.Got to say, our Friday morning arrivals board is really something to appreciate for a regional airport.

You're quite right David. 5 x weekly but a dedicated SIN flight does mean a significant increase in capacity for MAN-SIN compared to the IAH shared operation.
The wife and I flew with SQ back in 2005 when the flight was non-stop. I have a feeling the flights were daily at one stage and non-stop, but can't recall whether that was the case in 2005.
Initially, SQ flights had a transit stop when they started in 1986 - over the years I think that varied but included Bombay, Istanbul and at least one European airport.
Perhaps you have a better memory than me or records that show the history.
