I'd imagine that they'd setup a base.So for more routes from the Isle of Man they would have to set up a base there, or institute some imaginative double-drops and/or W- diagrams.

There is a lengthy and somewhat heated discussion taking place on the Dried Plum about the company that is behind this enterprise with concerns that it is little more than a virtual airline and that it has no ATOL which apparently is not required in the Isle of Man, but is if tickets are sold in the UK which seems to be the intended market as the flights are aimed at people attending the Manx TT.
