Good news for Cork, but I never knew that an extra based aircraft will only result in 2 passengers per year.
Not sure how it can be an increase of 17% either as they must have been carrying either 1 or 0 passengers per year previously
Ryanair’s Cork W19 schedule will deliver:

  • Two based aircraft (1 extra), $200m total investment
  • 5 new routes: Alicante (2), Budapest (2), Katowice (2) Malta (2) & Poznan (2)
  • 15 routes total
  • 2 customers p.a. (+17%)
  • 30 new Ryanair jobs
  • 900* “on-site” jobs p.a.

Yet another piece of great journalism. The spell check will only tell you if it is spelt correctly, not that the facts are correct. Or is it another April Fool?
