Just once cancellation today.

bmi regional BM1827 to Frankfurt at 1630 returning as BM1828 at 2050.

Tomorrow easyJet EZY6189 to Pisa at 0720 returning as EZY6190 at 1225 already cancelled.

Tomorrows TUI arrival at 1:15 am is showing now at 19:53 as diverted. This surely is a mistake but happens far too often. Why cant the airport sort out its website so that stupid mistakes like this dont happen.

Just checked Bristol Airport website arrivals page as it suggests the following so I guessing they have corrected the earlier error:-

TOM635 sta: 0115, now eta 0200
TOM6465 sta: 0115, now eta 0215

Various strikes in France again this weekend, lots of aircraft running late due to this problem around the country.

The french ATC strike has been called off for this weekend.

Hope EZY and FR havent cancelled flights in the hope that theycan get crew some rest periods and blame it on the french.

Looks as though they have. The easyjet Marseille rotation is cancelled yet again - I can't remember the last time the Saturday MRS rotation operated - with the airline saying it was too late to reinstate the flight.

Wednesday 4 July 2018

Today's cancellations:

bmi regional BM1821 to Frankfurt at 0635 returning as BM1822 at 1035
bmi regional BM1867 to Dusseldorf at 1720 returning as BM1868 at 2100
easyJet EZY407 to Glasgow at 2000 returning as EZY408 at 2250

easyJet is also showing these long delays:

EZY6140 from Prague due at 1740 estimating 0120 (Thurs)
EZY6270 from Pula due at 1930 estimating 0055 (Thurs)
EZY6268 from Geneva due at 2300 estimating 0300

In addition, several other easyJet and Ryanair flights are showing delays between one and two hours.

I can't see any reports of industrial action today.

Thursday 5 July 2018

Today's cancellations:

easyJet EZY6237 to Berlin SXF at 1310 returning as EZY6238 at 1750
bmi regional BM1867 to Dusseldorf at 1720 returning as BM1868 at 2100
bmi regional BM1837 to Hamburg at 1855 returning as BM1838 at 2250

In addition the BRS website is showing BM1886 from Paris CDG due at 1630 both as cancelled and arriving at 2130 - the outbound BM1885 to Paris CDG at 1310 apparently operated. The later BM1887 to Paris CDG at 1655 is shown as operated with the return BM1888 due at 2010 showing an arrival time of 2230. Perhaps the two inbounds are being combined albeit currently with different arrival times.

Friday 6 July 2018

I was about to say that today had seen no cancellations with 108 airline departures and 111 airline arrivals until I checked again and spotted that bmi regional hasn't let us down - they rarely do.

BM1827 to Frankfurt at 1630 returning as BM1828 at 2050 is today's cancellation offering from that airline. Perhaps we should be grateful for small mercies in that only one of their rotations has failed to operate today.

I don't think there were any cancellations this weekend with well over 200 arrivals and the same number of departures. I'm always ready to criticise so it's only fair to acknowledge the hard work that everyone at the airport and at the airlines obviously put in, in the energy-sapping heat. Some football fans probably missed watching England as well. Many thanks to all involved.

Wednesday 11 July 2018

flybmi BM2002 from Brussels due at 0925 was cancelled. The outbound BM2001 at 0605 is shown as operated

flybmi BM1885 to Paris CDG at 1310 returning as BM1886 at 1630 cancelled

The past few days have been very good. The only cancellations from any airline I can recall since Friday were flybmi's flight to Gothenburg on Monday and the return yesterday.

I see the first Ryanair rotation fr504/505 is cancelled,as is the last rotation of the day fr508/509. The rest are operating ok at the moment. I don't know what the problem is unless they trying to get pilot hours back.
Up till now they look like the only cancelations of the day so far Thursday.

It's industrial action by Ireland-based Ryanair pilots. The three daily BRS-DUB rotations are all operated by DUB aircraft and crews although the afternoon rotation still seems to be operating.

https://www.irishtimes.com/business...-pilots-set-to-go-ahead-on-thursday-1.3559475

Today there are also four Aer Lingus Regional DUB rotations, an Aer Lingus Regional Cork, a Ryanair Shannon (op by BRS aircraft and crew) and three easyJet Belfast Int, so hopefully anyone wanting to get to/from Ireland today will be able to do so.

The Ryanair flight from Malaga fr8108 showing cancelled as is the flight to malaga fr 8109 cancelled.
Easyjet EZY9046 Palma showing a near 4 hour delay. The flight number to me suggests a position flight.Im thinking a aircraft went tech in PMI yesterday.
The Easyjet 6112 from Nice showing a near 4 hour delay today.
Other than that every thing showing to operate as normal,or as normal as can be.
