I was due to wind. He had a crosswind limit of 38knots, however on his first approach it was gusting over 40. He held for about 10 minutes and the gusts dropped to low 30's so he made a second attempt and landed without problemI would be surprised if they were out of limits based on the wind just looking at the metars. They can usually handle greater crosswinds than that.
