It's been a very long time since I've cooked a full breakfast at home. These days I only seem to have them at the buffet breakfast when we stay in a hotel. I do like a bacon or sausage and egg sandwich on a weekend morning though but not every weekend.

Hmm I love curry but never had a fish curry. Not too sure I'd like it to be honest. I'm a firm believer fish should be battered and served with chips.

Can't argue with that I do love fish and chips, especially by the sea.

This is beautiful though and sea bass isn't a strong flavoured fish so goes perfectly.

Going to try something similar with tuna and aubergine in a couple of weeks.
