As Aviador says Welcome to the forum. A suggestion you might consider for the future if I may. Every airline is forced to cancel the occasional flight and unless it is a regular thing with them it is disruptive for the passengers but is a fact of life that has to be accepted. If it happens regularly that is different. Therefore I would suggest that such posts as yours would be more informative and of much more interest to readers here if it appeared in the appropriate forum, ie BHX or LTN as the readers there would be able to identify better with the carrier concerned and may well have their own take and comments to make on that carrier. A bit more detail on the flight you mentioned would also help in this regard.
Yes I've also dug a little deeper, this time looking at the Trust Pilot reviews which are also very negative. It seems that people are drawn to the airline on price alone and the airline frequently ignores their responsibilities when it comes to refunds. I wonder if there is some different legislation in place in this respect in Romania? Their poor reputation, as represented in the reviews, doesn't alter the fact that anyone posting on here is best advised to provide much more detail than was included and that it should be posted in the most appropriate place.
