OAN 57/2018 shows a change to all frequencies effective from 8th November. The changes are all minor and due to the introduction of the new 8.33kHz capability.

OAN 77-2018. Airfield Signage Replacement

A programme of work up to six-weeks in duration to replace 145 of the airfields mandatory and information signs with new, EASA compliant, energy efficient LED signs. To avoid operational disruption, all work on Runway 2 signage and on the Southside Taxiways will be carried out during the nightly Runway 05R-23L closure times. All work on Runway 1 signage will take place during the August and September Runway 05L-23R planned closures.

Work is scheduled between 12th August and 21st September.

This signage replacement is prior to the total renaming of all taxiways in October 2018.
 
OAN 85/ 2018 – MAN-TP AIRSIDE CONSTRUCTION PP03

1.0 SUMMARY
1.1 Works are continuing airside to construct new aprons and taxi-lanes and to reconfigure existing airside areas to form the new Terminal 2 Pier 1 and Remote Aprons.
2.0 PROGRAMME
2.1 Overall: Tuesday 21st August until Thursday 1st November 2018.
2.2 Working hours
2.2.1 Day time working within the main site will be Monday to Friday 08:00-06:00L.
2.2.2 Night time working alongside the main site and bordering Taxiway November-Alpha (NA) and Delta (D) will be Sunday to Thursday 22:00-06:00L.
2.2.3 See attached drawing for exact locations of day and night time working.
3.0 SCOPE & LOCATION OF WORKS
3.1 The main works site is at the north-western end of the existing apron, encompassing Taxiway NA, the cul-de-sac sections of Taxiway D and Stands 86, 217, 218, 245 & 247. Stand 85 will become part of these works from 1st October 2018 when it closes permanently. Refer to OAN 83-2018
3.1.1 The main site will be enclosed by a 2-metre high fence and lit with red obstacle lights.
3.1.2 A night-working area alongside the main site and bordering Taxiway NA and D will be set out with lowlevel blocks situated in the grassed taxiway strip.
3.2 The scope of works is: • Excavation of grass areas and laying of new concrete pavement. • Installation of new deep drainage and interceptor tanks.

OAN 88/2018 – MAN-TP GROUND INVESTIGATIONS
DUE TO PROGRAMME CHANGES THIS DOCUMENT REPLACES OAN 81/2018 WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.

1.0 SUMMARY
1.1 In advance of works to construct the new MAN-TP Pier 3 and Pier 2 lounge, a series of ground investigations will take place across Terminal 2 (T2) involving Stands 215, 214, 213, 208, 207, 233 and Taxiway Papa.
2.0 PROGRAMME
2.1. Overall: Monday 10th September until Thursday 27 th September 2018.
2.2 Daily working times: after first wave until 18:00hrs local. Night working times: 20:00-04:30
2.3 Works in individual areas are to be determined on a daily shift basis within the overall programme and in conjunction with survey works in OAN 80-2018 where possible.
3.0 SCOPE & LOCATION OF WORKS

OAN 89/2018 – SCHEDULED RUNWAY 05L-23R NIGHT-TIME MAINTENANCE & TAXIWAY ALPHA REPAIRS.

1.0 SUMMARY
1.1 Runway 05L‐23R will be closed for three consecutive nights in early September 2018 to allow for essential maintenance works on the runway and within its associated strip. All flight operations will take place on Runway 05R‐23L whilst work is in progress.
2.0 PROGRAMME
2.1 Work will take place on the nights of Tuesday 4th to Thursday 6th September 2018 inclusive.
2.2 The nightly working hours will be 23:59 – 06:00L.
3.0 SCOPE & LOCATION OF WORKS
3.1  Joint sealing of concrete pavement bays south of Runway Holding Point (RHP) A1.  Drainage CCTV surveys along Runway 05L‐23R between Links Alpha and Foxtrot.  Remedial works to areas of soft ground along pavement edges at Link Alpha‐Foxtrot and Rapid Exit Taxiway (RET) Alpha‐Echo.  Walking pavement condition inspection along the full length of Runway 05L‐23R.  Routine maintenance tasks including grass cutting and weed spraying within the runway strip, maintenance of painted runway markings and aeronautical ground lighting (AGL) repairs.
4.0 OPERATIONAL IMPLICATIONS
4.1 Runway Operations
4.1.1 During the Runway 05L‐23R closure periods (23:59‐06:00L) all flight operations will take place on Runway 05R‐23L.

OAN 92/2018 – OVERNIGHT PAVEMENT REPAIRS – TAXIWAYS DELTA & NOVEMBER.

1.0 SUMMARY
A programme of night‐time work to carry out essential pavement repairs on Taxiways Delta (north of Intermediate Holding Point D7, and November. To minimise operational disruption, the required programme of work will be coordinated around planned aircraft movements.
2.0 PROGRAMME
2.1 The overall programme of work will commence on the night of Sunday 16th September 2018.
2.2 The work is scheduled to be completed by the morning of Tuesday 25th September 2018, with the Tuesday night being retained as contingency.
2.3 The nightly working hours will be 22:30 – 06:00L.
3.0 SCOPE & LOCATION OF WORKS
3.1 All work will be located on locally closed sections of Taxiways Delta and November.
3.2 The work on Taxiway Delta will be located in two separate areas, as follows;  Area 1 abeam Stands 207/208.  Area 2 abeam Stands 241/243.
3.3 The work on Taxiway November will take place at several locations between Intermediate Holding Points (IHP) N1 and N3.

OAN 93/ 2018 – MAN-TP TAXIWAY SURVEYS (PP04 PART 2)

1.0 SUMMARY

In advance of works to continue construction of the new Taxiway Echo through stands 100 and 101, a
series of core samples will have to be taken which will require taxiways and stands to be temporarily
closed or restricted over a 3‐night programme.

2.0 PROGRAMME
2.1 A programme of 3‐nights work to drill 13 x 125mm core samples from locations on stands 100, 101 and
the adjacent areas on taxiways Alpha, Delta and Lima.

2.2 Taxiway areas by date:

 Monday 24th September: Closure of small portion of Delta and Alpha 23:00‐04:30.
 Tuesday 25th September: Short duration closure of Lima.
 Wednesday 26th September: Any outstanding core samples.
Note: Core sampling in Area 3 (Stand 100 & 101) may take place at any time around the above taxiway
closures.
 
The latest AIRAC, effective 11th October, has been released.

As I'm away I can't attach files, but here is a brief resumee:

Runway links are all renamed. Northside 23R are R1 through to R11.
Southside 23R are T1 through to T4.
Northside 23L are W1 through to W6.

Runway 05R/23L taxiways stay as S & V.

Northside taxiways A, B, C, D remain the same although A1 & J1 are renamed as R11 & R1 respectively.

Changes:

Taxiway G (stands 49-58) becomes taxiway P.

Taxiway JE becomes taxiway M and extends across B to its junction with K.

Taxiway JF stays the same.

Taxiway L (stands 10-27) becomes taxiway G.

Taxiway M (stands 22-28) becomes taxiway Y.

Terminal 2

There are currently no changes to taxiways D, N, NA or Q. Taxiway P is however redesignated Link 80.

My plans got altered slightly as one of the minibus companies had to cancel 3 trips and refunded me but will be getting nice discount when I rebook them.
