Not sure what you mean.@Aviador perhaps we both should be careful here as we know how quickly things can start something else.....lots of aircraft on registers worldwide

Believe so couldn’t see it on the ramp on Tuesday so assume its been taken to multi flight hanger for work done.GDFO been sat on the ground sine the 22nd….last flight was LS272 ALC-LBA.
Has she gone tech again?
They should send them all to Bournemouth!Does just make you wonder if, and it is an if, Jet2 may have to revisit their lifespan intentions for these remaining 733s as they seem to be starting to give them a few headaches - or at least 1 definitely is, so is this a sign of things to come with the others. Or is it just wishful thinking on our part that they may disappear sooner rather than later
A great place, and a popular place for spending the last years of life away from the busy citiesThey should send them all to Bournemouth!
Aww go on then. Keep a couple here and send the rest to Bournemouth. As long as we can pick the ones we want. One in mica and red and one in Holidays livery will do. The 300s will better suit Bournemouth's terminal capacity. And then in many years time just like the jet2 B757s we used to have here at LBA, we will be wishing we had the classic B737-300s still, appreciate them whilst there still here. In fact how many other airlines and airports still regularly see B737-300s?
Thank you. Plenty of the newer 800s too which is nice to see. Presumably a school holidays capacity increase? Is this a current record for in service Jet2 Boeing 737-800's working out of Leeds/Bradford?
It would seem Jet2 currently have up to 11+ Boeing 737-800's operating out of Leeds/Bradford in service this evening along with just 2x Boeing 737-300's.
Normally it should be 8+ Boeing 737-800's and 5x Boeing 737-300's in service...

4 of them are tech with 3 of them in the hanger GDFO, GDFK, GDFG
GDFT was tech but has since been towed to a main stand for tomorrow so must be fixed
And those 3 aircraft are each doing 3 rotations today, keeping them very busy.So that’s 3 out of 5 (or 60%) that are supposed to be operational at once. That’s got to be having an impact overall
Everyone keeps saying “yes but they are paid for” true but after all the big maintainace jobs they have had and still going tech you have to think enough is enough, rack em and scrap em and buy some decent 10 year old 738’s.So one or more of those 3 going tech doesn't even near thinking about. I know we seem to be posting negativity around the 733s just now but are these tech issues just starting to become a bit too commonplace now? Also appreciate some of the 738s haven't exactly been exempt either this year
Sorry that should have read bear thinking about
Think our football club need to buy some decent 10 year olds too. Can't be any worse than what we have bought so far!!Everyone keeps saying “yes but they are paid for” true but after all the big maintainace jobs they have had and still going tech you have to think enough is enough, rack em and scrap em and buy some decent 10 year old 738’s.
Depends what you mean as just missing a lifejacket renders an aircraft tech along with many other minor things.Everyone keeps saying “yes but they are paid for” true but after all the big maintainace jobs they have had and still going tech you have to think enough is enough, rack em and scrap em and buy some decent 10 year old 738’s.
