Dublin amazes me….its not much bigger than Birmingham yet the amount of flights from the UK alone is insane.

Maybe because as the gateway to Ireland they’ve got all the main streams of UK passengers:business, tourists, family and friends and those transiting to other destinations.

That figure makes it just over 1500 passengers short of 4 million for the calendar year to date.

Historical links between Ireland and the U.K. it’s the reason, one of many, but a good reason why Ryanair were able to grow so successfully. The IE/UK market.
