There are 2 aircraft over Warwick. The Aero Sotravia Beech B20l at 27k feet who do the broadcasting and an NPAS Vulcanair at 1.5k feet. From googling the company who own the aircraft currently circling around Warwick at 26k feet it would appear it is involved in the broadcasting. Diagram taken from the Aerosotravia below shows how it works.

From looking at the recruitment company’s LinkedIn, it would appear that on one job description, there is still a mention of Flybe.

That would be fantastic news! I'll wait for the announcement first before I get to excited though.
