I have a friend who works for Virgin they say the loads are constantly high to the USA especially New York etc.

Excellent news about Berlin just came back via Frankfurt with Lufthansa who were ok but didn't load my bag in Frankfurt still not received it.Tip of the day do not connect in Frankfurt nightmare rude staff the list goes on and i was in Business. But to have a direct flight is amazing.
