That would be including the new stands, I suspect. It would also be inclusive of the two new "A321-sized" stands they'll be cramming in around Stands 3-4 (interested to see how that will work). So only two more to be constructed I reckon.

The remaining section of walkway at Stand 8 is quickly being taken down today. Should be finished by tomorrow. New stands are painted and floodlights installed. Survey work is underway on the grass area heading up Delta. Must be for future stands.

They are talking about implementing a way for pax to walk to Stand 12 but nothing solid yet

I don't think we can take anything larger than a 332, not without evacuating multiple remote stands. Servicing aircraft on temporary November parking positions isn't possible.
