As far as I know the Radisson Blu just replaced the Radison SAS name, there is also the Edwardian Radisson hotels which are more focused on London, Manchester Heathrow etc which cost more due to the location. So yes you could say the "Blu" version is cheaper than the "Edwardian" Radisson hotels
