Looks like Emirates have gone back on their earlier statement and are now saying they would be temporarily suspending flights to "most countries". Flights to UK would still continue.

A random search for a flight between BHX and IOM shows Stobart Air operating this route on behalf of Virgin Atlantic. Not sure what to make of this tbh.
Birmingham is seen as an open playground for every other airport. One wouldn't be mistaken for thinking there isn't an airport at Birmingham with all these adverts flying around!
