Interesting implication. Putting 2 and 2 together and making at least 6 perhaps the plan is for another large lo cost to go there if they start flights as is rumoured.

To update my own query, sailed through in 10 minutes at 0450 this morning. We were directed down to Security 2 in the basement to achieve this! Hopefully the remainder of the trip will be as smooth.

A couple of recent posts seem to suggest the massive security delays post Covid have gone, meaning a 5am arrival at T1 for a 6-25 departure doesn’t seem mad when travelling hand baggage only. Any opinions?

Unfortunately Air Baltic seem to have paused their MAN flights until Feb 2nd.

The chances of it not changing are probably low, but for what it’s worth the Qatar Cargo website shows the lunchtime flight being operated by a 789 from July 4th.
