    not certain what Pegusus flights to Istanbul has to do with increased demand to Bodrum? This data was taken from August 2024, a year ago, Jet2 havent increased capacity this year, and these figures do not indicate that the demand for Bodrum has increased?

    a few BHX nbounds were diverted due to not being able to enter UK airspace TUI B788 from Kos to Brussels, Easyjet A320 from Heraklion to Paris CDG, and 2 Jet 2 B738s from Catania and Kos went to Paris CDG and Brussels.

    Been reported that G-FDZZ lost a tyre on departure from Corfu, no idea why it diverted to East Midlands, unless Birmingham would not accept it as it would involve closing the runway for a few hours, and thus 6 EMA flights diverted to BHX!
