That will depend on them having spare aircraft and crew available and if so, LBA being the best yielding choice. Southwind had planned to operate from more UK airports than just LBA.
As Ian mentioned -
Another Star Air B767-300 (OY-SYD, DI2129) due from BLL at 18:03. Departing back to BLL at 20:40 as DI2130. Routing appears to be Habgzhou (HGH)-Navoiy (NVI)-Billund (BLL)-BHX.
That was EI3328 (ATR-72, EI-FAV). It routed direct DUB-BHX (not going near MAN), landing at approx 19:20, before departing back to MAN at 20:53. So, possibly doing a DUB-BHX-MAN-DUB combined service. Doesn't say much for the load factors out of BHX or MAN.
I'm not sure if Aurigny are currently short of aircraft, but recently they have been using both Avanti Air DHC-8 (possibly one to look out for at LPL) and Titan A320's into BHX.
I'm not sure if photos are permitted while the area is under construction. Certainly photos are not permitted in Security/Customs areas when they are operational.

However, you should only post in this thread, if the news is specific to BHX and BHX only.
If the news is more general, involving other...

I'm not sure where this leaves the B747 cargo operations through BHX. There have only been the occasional Air One service, with the majority being with Air Atlanta Icelandic subsidiaries. Have these all been amalgamated into the Air One services to EMA, or will they remain at BHX?
If the B747...
Whilst I hope that the easyjet base at BHX is very successful and grows significantly in the future, I cannot see them doing long haul operations. They do not do long haul from any other base and do not have the aircraft to do it. It simply does not fit their business model.
Searching FR24 for CA3144 gives the following -
and CA3143 shows -
Unfortunately, as @Paulsstrange points out these are likely to be old slots still in the system.
I believe that it was stated some time back that the operation could grow from a 3 aircraft to 5 aircraft base. I'm not sure what the timescale was, but if the services are doing as well as Ian says this early in the season, then I would think that easyjet would be looking at expansion.
