Wasn't the issue with United and AA their aging 757? And could the route sustain something 'bigger'? It's a real shame. I'd rather now hear nothing about Primera until Summer 2018 and hopefully some of this will die down. It will take a real push to get the service going again though...

From what I can tell, Primera didn't really tell passengers about the 757. Is this correct? I do wonder if they had sent out a blanket email, explaining the delivery delay, would they have received less bad flack?
Is the bottom line that there were just delays in their shiny new LRs/NEOs? I know customer services has been shabby too...but once their planes are sorted, it should iron out? Right?
