They want to expand to 20 aircraft in 5 years but with these wages I can’t see much appetite to apply that based on flying all 900 hours ( I was getting paid more at Ryanair )

From what been said from my mates, 8 pilots from EMA are coming unsure if permanent or just winter to covering FO’s so the more senior can become captains and 20 around cabin crew. So they could add more flights but they also offered a BHX crew unpaid leave from November to December and January...

The Dublin take off from BHX at 14.50 lands back at 17.25 leaving 25 minutes turnaround for the Krakow which departs at 17.50
What I can see happening is RAK turnaround shorted by 35 minutes which means it lands back into BHX 15.05 so the aircraft can operate AGA...

Staffing levels should be fine because if BHX crew run out of hours they got the spare crew at EMA specially on Tuesdays , Wednesdays and Thursday's where there no flights at all operated by EMA aircraft’s
It wouldn't make that much difference Easyjet and Blue islands are going after different aims Easyjet are after holidaymakers and blue island to offer connect ability and Business travellers.
