    Random Stuff!

I’m all for BBC moving into a new state of the art site which is befitting of modern TV in 2021. I’m sure their Whiteladies are site isnt, but as for the zoo, no one wants to see virtual reality animals and Bristol Zoo want to maximise the value of their site by selling it to developers… they...

Bristol: Airport Master Plan for next 30 Years - Consultation

Are the expansion plans and the decision that is soon to be made ‘all or nothing’? What I mean by that is, if the decision is to reject the cap being raised to 12mppa, could they still approve the new car parks and the bus terminal etc? I think that is so important to the airport. The current...

    Ryanair

Would be good to get some Ryanair good news. I often wonder whether they want to compete with EasyJet and Jet2 at Bristol or will they slowly diminish their presence?

    easyJet

To me, it just feels like EasyJet trying to add some capacity to the most popular sun destinations in what will be a desperate summer for airlines. It seems very similar to what BA tried from Bristol a few summers ago... Holiday routes to utilise aircraft. Birmingham almost being equidistant...

    Aer Lingus

It’s a shame they don’t try a direct route given the demand, like they have just launched from Manchester this week
  9. B

    easyJet

True. The ferry is around 2-3 hours between the two places

    easyJet

And Santorini. Shame they’re just once per week though as both places are perfect for a few days.

    easyJet

Yes it will! I have just had my Seville flight cancelled for late April and a friend of mine has just had his Venice flights in June cancelled. Was wondering whether to book a week somewhere in August with EasyJet holidays but can’t see the point at this stage.

    easyJet

Very odd. As I say, I haven’t had an email saying the flight has been canceled but my app states the flight is ‘disrupted’ and I can apply for a refund.

    easyJet

Has EasyJet removed SVQ from Bristol? My flight appears to be canceled (for late April) according to the app, although I haven’t had an email confirming it, and it doesn’t seem to be bookable for the rest of the year.

    British Airways

Having just booked LHR to Vegas for November, is there any way to know at this stage which plane would be serving the route? A quick online search states they use the 747 for this route!!

    Ryanair

I think I flew BRS to BUD in 2006. The route could certainly return with EZY if they were so inclined

    Ryanair

Surely Wizz would be well placed to step in on the Budapest route? I’d love to see Wizz increase their presence at BRS

    easyJet

I wonder if anyone on here knows the answer to my question? I have tried contacting easyJet in every way imaginable but they never answer. I was supposed to be flying to Milan in August from Sunday to Sunday however the flight is now showing as sold out, which I believe to mean they don’t know...

    Wizz Air

BHX and EDI are just left with 2 routes each now. 7 routes cut from Luton. They’re being ruthless

    Wizz Air

So Wizz are to leave Bristol with the Katowice route ending on 17 July. Such a shame. So much potential with Wizz. I wonder why they don’t fancy Bristol?
