Don't suppose anyone has seen any of the GLA figures popping up anywhere? Would be interesting to compare the two relatively smaller and new routes from WestJet
Sorry to jump up to a previous line of comments, but APD..... I'm sure I could google this, but there's so much knowledge in this forum, it's more interesting by far to place this here....
If the UK gov decided to give the powers to WG tomorrow, I understand that money would come out of WG...
My reading skills clearly need improvement. It's been a while since I've been through CWL, I didn't even recognise the security area! They've done a brilliant job on that!
I'd be surprised if the majority of people weren't using the e gates tbh. Like in Tesco, there's usually no need for 6 checkout people to be sat by belts
That page in particular looks like AI skimming legit news sources and posting soundbites/ summaries.
The more mentions on social media the better though
Same as Jerry, very much not my strength, but it does look like over £11m of grant money received is included... Meaning without that it would be running at £11m loss. Happy to be corrected
Quite literally complimenting TUI , you can book FR flights through the TUI website for packages due to their agreement... FR would be the ideal scenario really for the airport.
A westbound LH scheduled flight has been on the WG wish list for more than a decade, I'm sure they'll be over the moon. Inbound, affluent tourism and business connections for the region, especially one avoiding all the immigration chaos of the USA is an ideal world scenario.

If Kier Starmer signed a bill designating HS2 an England only project ( ya know, that fast train line between two english cities of...
I can imagine this is a response from the FR partnership. TUI will have seen the booking rates on the packages they offer with FR, and can see the demand is worth operating their own schedule with longer forward booking lead in times than FR can offer, making this a relatively low risk move on...
I have seen elsewhere that European are down a plane... Tech/ Gen maintenance. Likely consolidating their operations from their main base while they await the return.
Not from a reliable source (fb) but would make sense.

CEO steps down, as already mentioned this morning on a different thread. Will be interesting to see a shake up at the top, very important they get the appointment right.
The departure boards for today (Wednesday) are absolutely dire. A 10:20 KLM to Amsterdam. A 12:00 Aer Lingus to Belfast and a 17:25 KLM to Amsterdam.
With 5 trains a day, Sugar Loaf train station has more available seats leaving it. Even if you include the, by all accounts, empty cargo flight...
