Yes, repeat custom (or lack thereof) is the key here, just look at the CAA stats for June, 17 fewer pax per rotation than the same period last year - over 1000 for the month as a whole. Unsustainable, J-class pax want value for their not-insignificant spend; 8 hours in a 757 will not satisfy...

I think Andrew has a valid point here; although I agree that the product is inferior to what's offered elsewhere (in terms of age/size/config of a/c) as well as price and lack of onward AA connections through JFK compared with other carriers and/or other hubs - even taking all of these negatives...

Glad you're a Nikon man too Kevin, I just got back from the Boardmasters festival in Newquay and, to a man (or woman) it was Canon everywhere!

They really ARE excellent photo's, no doubt - really sharp and great control of the depth of field! In my opinion, a portrait (as I would call all of these) should tell the viewer something of the character of the subject and I think that numbers 8,12 and 13 do this best. Just my two penneth...
