I am not seeing any slow loading at present. It's possible there was something on the server backend running that has been disrupting the server loadings. Will keep an eye and please report if this persists.

Unfortunately it's not possible to block specific members from posting in individual forums, we can only apply a thread ban or a whole forum wide ban so the next best thing for naughty members are to put all their posts through a moderation queue, which usually works quite well ;)

The member in question has been banned for one month, any further offences once this ban is lifted may result in either a permanent ban or being put on moderation, depending on what rules are breached ;)
