I sympathise, I have had similar experiences at Madrid ( all directed to wrong baggage hall) Palma, wrong carousel several times, Bristol and Newcastle. Poor or no information, no personnel to advise ! Plus Gatwick --no Dept gate shown or advised.

Indeed, saw it here in Scotland. Was it not old footage ? It creates a poor impression of Leeds. Nothing here reported about Glasgow or Edinburgh, just train cancellations.

Edinburgh's first line from the airport to the city centre cost about £1b, now extended to Newhaven. One possible new line would go from the north of city to the south (hospital area) and the projected cost -£2b. So West Yorkshires £2.1 b might not go too far!
