London Gatwick lends helping hand to good causes in Kent Community groups across Kent, Sussex and Surrey were celebrating this week as London Gatwick announced the recipients of nearly £100,000 from round one of the Gatwick Foundation Fund. A total of 18 good causes across the three counties benefited from a financial boost across Crawley, Horsham, Mid Sussex and Wealden, Reigate and Banstead, Tandridge, Mole Valley, Tonbridge and Malling, Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks. Gatwick announces additional focused consultation on its Northern Runway plans – with updated highways design Gatwick has announced that it will start a focused statutory public consultation on Tuesday 14 June 2022 about its plans to bring the airport’s existing Northern Runway into routine use alongside its Main Runway. Rachel Ford joins Gatwick Airport as new General Counsel and Company Secretary Rachel Ford joined Gatwick Airport’s executive team on 19 April 2022 to replace Robert Herga as General Counsel and Company Secretary. Rachel joins Gatwick from Capita where she has served as Group Legal Director and more recently as Chief of Staff to the Capita plc Group Chief Executive Officer.
