we've outsourced a lot of the roles so we are down to just having Team Managers and Team Seniors for those departments involved. Already worked out what a redundancy payout for me will be - between £6k and £11k depending on how they view 2017 as I was made redundant from 1 role but given a new employee number for the role I started doing 3 days before the R-day.
49 trips undertaken last year. First done this year which was to North Wales where surprisingly the only slippery surfaces were in Conwy with the castle and it's walls closed due to the ice.
A week off work done which resulted in 6 day trips , 50 miles walked and only 2500 photos, Going to work is more of a holiday as I tended to be out of my flat an hour earlies in my week off and back for after 8pm
according to some people, you only need 1 day in each of the Yorkshire Dales, North Wales and Lake District "to have seen it all". Which is why its minibus tour number 3 this year of the Yorkshire Dales for me on 16th October. Different routes and different things to see each tour.

Would definitely recommend the Snaizeholme red squirrel trail near Hawes.

May need to do that next year as a bigger exploration of the area
I've done 2 minibus tours with Mountain Goat this week. Monday was North York Moors with over 600 photos and today High Adventure in the Lakes with 750. photos. Slightly snap happy.
Technically the 14th anniversary of me working at my present job. Tuesday after the May Day bank holiday is when I started .. last Saturday was the actual anniversary.
9 trips in 9 days done 70 miles walked and over 23-00 photos taken with a large number taken at 20mph or above. Heavy rain on 1 day only
5 trips done and 45 miles walked,. Also the RAF has had 4 F35B Lightning follow me yesterday and today....
My plans got altered slightly as one of the minibus companies had to cancel 3 trips and refunded me but will be getting nice discount when I rebook them.
wondering why on my "holidays" I choose to get up 2 hours earlier than when going to work. 6 trips in 6 days soon coming up with 3 more days to sort out
1st time out and about with my camera for 4 months. 15km walked. Right ankle/foot is mot appreciative of what I did
Today I have gone past 4.5 million steps walked this year. North of 2000 miles is the distance

    Wow thats amazing!
sorting out the photos I've taken this year. The only problem is that there's too many. Again. It was the year of minibus daytrips with 6 taken (2 from Liverpool, 2 from Manchester and 2 from Windermere)
Back online again. Took time out from most forums as work has gone bananas in that we are handing double the number of clients than 6 months ago
Nice week off work and with the weekends thrown in, it was 8 daytrips in 9 days. Averaged 18000 steps a days some 2 months after, I am 99% sure of, dislocating an ankle.

Funnily enough I've just broken a bone in my foot!
not quite matching last year's walking exploits. About 10,000 to 20.000 steps down on this time last year. Still done nearly a million.

My ankle feels a lot stronger than at the start of the year. It's the woeful state of the pavements in the city centre that caused it as they all looked "safe" then my right foot managed to find a loose slab. Was still doing 5 miles a day with the pain which I thought was only a slightly twisted ankle but then felt the bone pop back into place.
didn't do any exercise today. Just walked 13 miles.

no, I've got used to doing walks of that length. Just on 47 miles done since Monday, And that comment was based on what my local pharmacist said to me.... "we don't call it exercise unless you get out of breath" so I am still trying to work out what to call my 330 or so days of 10,000 steps or more last year
