No they are not.MAN is leagues ahead of BHX. Has been for 50+ years and is increasing the gap all the time.A quick comparison on Google Earth will confirm this without bothering with statistics. That is the opinion of someone who is a realist and is not bothered about scoring points off...

Didn't they try that road a few years ago under PK? After a short distance it turned into a toll road and could not afford the tolls anymore. Back to the start and find another route. Still studying the map
