I don't agree. Apparently the LBA CLJ loads have been consistently high. I would find it astonishing if FR didn't see this as an easy pick.

Let's hope FR can replace the lost seats. They do operate to CLJ from STN.

Some pax yesterday had taken 1 hour 30mins from deplaning to emerging from arrivals. I think part of the issue centres around the trough and peak nature of LBA arrivals. I'm optimistic that when the additional 2 carousels are operational, that the situation should improve provided communication...

What matters is that large numbers of inbound pax this afternoon now associate LBA arrivals with chaos. Many said to me they would be avoiding LBA in future. Whether there is any sincerity to this remains to be seen.

Hoards of disgruntled pax this afternoon complaining about the baggage reclaim wait times and the lack of information about which carousel to stand by. I appreciate that there are only currently 3 of 5 carousels but there is no excuse for lack of communication.LBA needs to up its game.

The stands construction could of course be speculative development but it would be a substantial financial risk (and therefore unlikely) ,if that were to be the case.
