    Flybe

Just booked my flights down to Buenos Aires(EZE) for the 14th June. BA LHR-MIA then connect onto an American Airlines flight to EZE. BA flight is at 1415 and I’d love to get the 0645 FlyBe down to LHR which would land at 0800. Over 6 hours to connect…that should be ok!

    Ryanair

I used BVA about 4 years ago. Really easy to get into central Paris with the airport coach service they operate to Porte Maillot. Took about an hour. I’m pretty sure CDG still doesn’t have a direct train/metro into central Paris. I used to use the Air France Autobus from CDG to Etoile(Arch de...

    What services you are using?

Ap1995, Yes. Both J2H are from LBA. EZE in July will probably be BA from LHR because I have a £300 voucher to use up from a cancelled flight last year. EZE in October I’m not sure yet. I like to try different airlines down to Argentina so may give Air Europa or Iberia a go. Oh and I booked a...

    Eastern Airways

Well I think this route definitely needs some competition on it. I’ve just looked and EI are asking for £728 for a return 23-28th May. Oh...that was the saver fare as well.

    33 rows is a 737-800. 33 x 6 = 198 minus row 1DEF & 13ABCDEF ( no row 13) = 189 seats.

    What services you are using?

I flew LBA-GRO this morning with FR. 7 on the inbound and 107 on board to GRO. The procedures at LBA....well, I hope they improve by the time Jet2 start up ops again. The cafe which is set up in one of the lounges was like a scene from the restaurant in Fawlty Towers! £4 for a bacon roll but at...

    Road, Rail & Access Issues

Manchester Airport train station doesn’t go directly into the terminal either. Think about if you’re flying Ryanair from T3 with cases. Get off the train and walk up the ramp or lift to the booking office level, then another lift to the walkway level. Then walkway to T1/3. Lift down to T1...

Currently sat in FRA having just arrived from EZE. Very impressed with Lufthansa....cabins, IFE and service. Transfer from the C gates to the B gates was easy for my next flight to Manchester. I wish we could get LH into LBA.
