    It did not make a go-around. It made a procedural NDB approach onto 32 (ie routed to the overhead before following the procedure from the NDB back onto 32 approach) due to the LBA radar being U/S.

    British Regional were the last to operate LBA-LGW with J41 equipment. The route was axed when the J41's were transferred to T3. How many of the 30 pax on last nights LGW were fare paying pax and what was the yield? Without such information commenting on the performance of the route is fruitless.

    It's still on sale and starts on Sunday so they have left it very late if it is not operating. Thomas Cook have also added MIR for Nov-09 and Mar and Apr-10 within the last couple of weeks so it would not suggest a lack of confidence in the route.
