    How long have Thomas Cook had an arrangement with JetBlue? I'm pricing up flights to Chicago for next summer and now I'm getting TCX offerings via JFK from MAN! Some search engines even place a TCX code on the B6 flight. Is this a new development? I don't recall seeing it mentioned anywhere...

    Canadian Affair/Air Transat are the same company. Having used them this summer to Toronto and from Vancouver to Manchester, I'd say they are very similar to what Thomas Cook offer.

    I'm off to BKK, three of my four flights are on the big beast, including a first trip on the new EK two class EK20. The only non-A380 flight is currently scheduled to be the last leg back of EK21

    They go triple daily on the A380 in the new year. But fingers crossed for EK21 being upgraded two weeks later in Nov as I'll be on that!
