I too have never been to the Costa Blanca and the thought of Benidorm fills me with mixed feelings. However, am going to a wedding in September in Calpe just up the coast from Benidorm and on paper it looks a nice place. Maybe worth considering? Jet2 by the way

Flew out to Enfidha the week before last and back last Friday with TUI. Arrived early on both flights. BHX arrivals was rammed on return and queued at immigration arrivals for about 15 mins although the long queue was moving all the time. E-gates worked fine and by the time we got to the luggage...

Have this week booked a hol to the Algarve in September. It was a toss up between Jet2 or Monarch for my airline choice. Love Monarch but decided to try out Jet2 for the first time. Anyone flew with them yet?
