easyJet launches new route from Liverpool John Lennon Airport for summer 2025

easyJet, Liverpool’s leading airline, is to launch a new route to Split in Croatia from Liverpool John Lennon Airport starting next summer.

On sale from today a new twice-weekly route to Split will start on 9th June and operate on Mondays and Fridays throughout the summer with fares from £34.99*

As the largest city on the Croatian coast and a history going back to the Roman period, Split offers something for everyone. From ancient ruins to chic shops and open-air flea markets, there’s plenty to be explore, as well as its nearby stunning Adriatic coastline, home to pretty beaches and tranquil turquoise waters.

Paul Winfield, Aviation Director for LJLA commented, “We’re delighted to add another new route with easyJet for Summer 2025. Croatia is a market hugely underserved from Liverpool and this will be our first scheduled service to Split, with the region’s passengers now able to fly there from the UK’s number one Airport.”

Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
