Nice to see a return of the Indian summer next week when I'm back off holiday... doesn't help when I did have next week booked off and decided to cancel it.
Sat watching the rain fall steadily and trying to work out why the groundsman is mowing the grass. I'm looking forward to the mud patches when he finishes
Week off work. Planned 7 daytrips and I get the great news from the brother that he may come Thursday or Friday or Saturday or not at all

I was in central Manchester yesterday, didn't feel a thing.
Braced for another set of redundancies at work. 3 managers gone with 2 or 3 more members of staff to follow. Luckily I'm not affected (yet),

The unfortunate bit is that they've put 3 small teams together to make a larger one of 9. By far the biggest team now so it's a case hoping the projected growth comes through otherwise there may be rationalisation of our team.
So the US has produced a fighter that no manufacturer knows anything about but we have Pres. Trump praising it. It's the F-52 from COD.
Need to lead better life. Just backed up all my photos and saw I've taken 70.000!

It's not a bad life travelling around the country taking photos. I can think of worse things to do! No aviation pickies to share with us today?

Got 1st camera in 2007 and barely used it. Then 2010 got fed up being in all weekend and started going round local places. 2013 was the 'go round the country' moment. Seen some awesome places... ironically, not many aircraft ones but should be able to get some airshow shots uploaded
All cultured out after 4 days in Amsterdam. Must have spent all of €10 on admissions as had the €87 iamsterdam card meaning free visits.
Initialsing the trip to Amsterdam in January. Or rather my brother is, trading a 7am flight for a lunchtime one for £25 more.
Decided to have a 1 trip this holiday. Alas, it was more of a slip on a rug in my flat. Got friction burn on arm the coffee table I glanced

It's one of the relatively few safe places in the Middle East and he's with a tour group that's had years of experience over there. Flight was 90 mins late leaving but arrived only 30 mins late.
