The BBQ season is almost upon us!

I sometimes split a banana down the middle, fill it with Nutella and BBQ it wrapped in foil. The kids love it.

Stepping away from deserts another BBQ favourite of mine is mozarella balls wrapped in prosciutto placed on a skewer and cooked until the cheese inside is nice and gooey. We usually add something in between each ball, cherry tomatoes, slices of peppers, chunks of red onion....... whatever is sitting in the fridge.

It's alright for some. Much as I love nature, I'm having to use the time to try to reclaim some of our back garden from the wilderness that it has become.
