Britain 'open skies' deal with US due this summer as negotiators agree key terms

So, the US guy is starting a trade war with EU, Canada and Mexico. Maybe, Messrs Walsh, O'Leary, Meeson and the likes need to start switching from Boeing to Airbus!!

IAG are primarily an Airbus airline group if you look at their group it's only BA and Aer Lingus that operates Boeing aircraft and to be honest i'm surprised BA opted for 787s rather than A330's or A350's but they seem to prefer Boeing for their long haul fleet.
Ryanair are probably big enough to operate a Boeing and Airbus fleet so i wouldn't be surprised if we see some in the future but i'd be surprised if Jet2 get any of their own.

Looks like things are moving in the right direction. As its just being announced that the UK & USA have agreed a new open skies deal for Post-Brexit flights. The UK has also secured bilateral air service arrangements with Albania, Georgia, Iceland, Israel, Kosovo, Montenegro, Morocco and Switzerland. Discussions regarding a new arrangement with Canada are said to be at “an advanced stage”.
