That was my assumption too. I guess they would have flown out on the Saturday and back after the match on the Sunday.

Looking at BRS departures for tomorrow it seems the airline would have been Enter Air - showing a cancellation to CDG. £40,000* for the hire of a Boeing 737-800 doesn't seem that expensive. No doubt the club party would have been augmented by supporters.

Bath should have been playing La Rochelle tomorrow in the same competition. Their team coach from La Rochelle Airport this afternoon and the return tomorrow have both been cancelled. The airline was Chalair that seems to operate ATR aircraft.
