Is it my imagination, or has the area occupied by posts got narrower? I've noticed that I now have to click on the 'More options' icon if I want to add smilies, media, quotes or a table. These used to show without having to use 'More options'.

Solution
Due to the addition of the sidebar within threads, the responsive style has kicked in, thus hiding a couple of items behind the more options dots on the default layout. If you have a larger screen, you can change the width of the forum to become wider or hide the sidebar at the bottom of the page and the majority of icons will be shown again 😉

Sorry Ashley but I'm obviously being slow today (again). How do I change the width of the forum - I had also noticed the problem that Kevin had reported.

Right at the bottom of the page there are two links, one I've circled in red will toggle the width, and the one in orange will close the sidebar. Once you've done this, you can refresh the page and the icons you desire should be back in the editor. Hope this helps 🙂

It's my bad. I have made changes to the sidebar within the forums to enable me to highlight new threads. Not everyone will like it but I have to try new things to support the wider forum.

Thanks Ashley, I'll try it in the morning when I'm on the laptop.
No problem Martin, you are doing what you think is best for the site & forums - you need to keep it attractive to new visitors.
