Today, I’m flying Qatar Airways’ Airbus A380 from Bangkok to Heathrow, via Doha — a route operated by what’s often called "one of the world’s best airlines". But as you’ll see in this video… this flight was anything but impressive... From tired cabins and poorly maintained toilets to disinterested crew and lacklustre service, this experience fell miles short of the reputation Qatar Airways has built.
I’d imagined something truly world-class — but instead, it felt like any other ordinary long-haul flight, in fact, something worse than average.Join me for the full review as we cover every part of the journey: from check-in in Bangkok, to transiting through Doha, to our eventual arrival in Heathrow — including the onboard meals, in-flight entertainment, seat comfort, and overall service. Was this just an off day, or has the magic of Qatar Airways begun to fade?
