Hi there! It’s great to see another well-narrated video @jwotravelexpert you really have a knack for bringing these aviation stories to life.

I couldn't agree more about Kai Tak. It truly is such a shame it closed, for many of us, it always felt like the heart and soul of Hong Kong. There was something uniquely exhilarating about those low-altitude turns over the city that modern airports just can't replicate.

Regarding the European carriers, I definitely feel your frustration. One of my personal bugbears with Lufthansa is its lack of regional hubs compared to the likes of KLM. KLM’s "hub and spoke" model via Schiphol seems to offer a much smoother connection for those of us starting our journey from smaller regional airports such as LeedsBradford, whereas Lufthansa often feels very focused on a small number of bases.

As for the catering, I’m with you! I generally always enjoy airline food, but I guess for a frequent flyer such as yourself, the ones that are a letdown really do stand out. When you're in the air as often as you are, the "hits and misses" become so much more apparent.

I’m probably a bit harsh sometimes, but when you fly a lot the differences between airlines really start to stand out. Some carriers consistently surprise you in a good way, and others… well, occasionally leave you scratching your head.
