An announcement I have been sitting on for a week or so, but Aer Lingus is to start a new 4x weekly service between Cork and Glasgow operating year round.

*EDIT* I will post more details when it becomes clear how it will be operated as currently it would need EI3221 to Dublin to be retimed from its current 0820 dept. time

Well, I was wrong.

Belfast City has been retimed to use that aircraft (BHD-GLA-ORK-GLA-BHD)

GLA-DUB reduces from 27 to 25 weekly (21 weekly in January)
GLA-BHD reduces from 14 to 8 weekly
GLA-ORK new at 4 weekly

Provisional changes for EI at GLA next summer - changes are compared to last year.

Belfast City - 8x week (no change)
Cork - 2x week (was 4x week)
Dublin - 21x week (was 38 weekly)

Schedule isn't yet finalised as nothing appears to have been retimed to support the Cork route so will keep an eye on things.

Heads Up!

For some weird reason, my days off work tend to involve being out of my flat by 5am and not getting back until 10pm. Back to work and the regular "fix" of 7.40am to 7.15pm hours
