    Airport website auto assistants, are they any use?

    ...with it and ask Jude if she could sing. Obviously she couldn't but I did like the wink to the Beetles song Hey Jude! Does anybody have anything positive to say about airport website assistants or are they used as an excuse to not to man the phones, what do you think? #HeyJude #AirportAssistant
